David Sutton provides mediation and private judicial services that are intended to resolve his clients’ disputes in a cost effective and cooperative manner that protects those clients from the arbitrary, destructive and expensive forces of court litigated disputes. Trained as an attorney at law, psychotherapist and mediator, David utilizes his unique skills and approach in supporting divorcing and business clients in the development of win-win settlements that, ordinarily, would not be obtainable in a litigated court process. David remains a neutral educator, guide and problem-solver devoted to the well-being and prosperity of his clients and their families.
