David Sutton

Philanthropy

David Sutton is on the Board of Directors of Legal Aid of Marin; the Family and Children’s Law Center, and has been the board president for the Family and Children’s Law Center for many years. Working in collaboration with the Marin Community Foundation and other foundations, David has raised over $1,000,000 on behalf of non-profit agencies which provide low and no-fee legal services for low income families and individuals.

David has also served on the Board of Directors of the Marin Interfaith Youth Organization. David is also a past recipient of the State Bar of California’s Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services and has run low income family law clinics for the San Francisco Bar Association’s Volunteer Legal Services Program.
